At Fortune 50 company, Kat co-led the HR AI Innovation Funnel shaping strategy, building tools, and identifying where AI drives the most impact.
Kat holds a BBA in Business with a focus in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati, numerous AI and Prompt Engineering certifications from Vanderbilt University, and a specialty in AI & Machine Learning Essentials with Python from UPenn.
As a former D1 athlete and National Champion, Kat brings empaithy, and her competitive mindset, to every client.
